T&S Development Properties LLP was established in 1975 by two business contractors looking to expand their respective construction businesses. The two partners ventured into the residential space in 1978. From there, the T&S team has created countless business partnerships linked by a common goal to provide quality rentals, quality service, and affordable prices. We have since continued to build, develop, and maintain our own rental properties throughout King and Pierce Counties.
